When We Ship
Under normal conditions, orders placed before 4:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship that day.
Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship the following day.
Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship during the weekend.
Your shipping will be calculated automatically using UPS standard shipping rates.
We sometimes offer free shipping promotions:

Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will will be available after 4:30 p.m. Next day.
Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. EST on Friday will be available Monday after 4:30 p.m.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us (unused) within ten days of receiving it. We will refund the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
Before returning items you must get approval via our contact page on our website. Please do not return packages without approval.
In these cases, we will be happy to replace or refund your purchase:
- The package was damaged in shipping
- The wrong item was sent to you
- The item is defective
We can not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Delayed deliveries due to weather
- Incorrect addresses – please be sure to include apartment, suite or floor numbers, as needed
- You didn’t like the taste of the product. (We really hope this doesn’t happen often as we hand pick each item you see here because we devour them ourselves)
We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped free of charge.
